These terms apply to every offer and remote agreement between Pro Wave Agency and clients through advertising.auracons.co. By requesting services, you accept these terms.

2. Definitions

• Client: any person or legal entity purchasing services for business use.
• Service Agreement: the agreement for marketing or advertising services between client and Pro Wave.
• Cancellation Right: the client's right to cancel within the legally allowed notice period.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and agreements unless we confirm exceptions in writing.

4. Services and information

Service descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Obvious errors do not bind Pro Wave. Portfolio examples and case studies are illustrative and may vary from project to project.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change for new agreements. Existing agreements keep the agreed pricing terms.

6. Agreement formation

An agreement is formed once the client accepts our proposal and required conditions are met, including payment arrangements, followed by electronic confirmation from Pro Wave.

7. Payment

Payment must be made through approved methods specified on the website or in the agreement. We may suspend or cancel services in case of non-payment. Reasonable collection costs may be charged when payment remains outstanding.

8. Service delivery and execution

We execute services with professional care. Delivery timelines are indicative unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Exceeding an estimate does not automatically create entitlement to compensation.

9. Cancellation rights

Clients may cancel within 14 days after signing, without providing reasons. During this period, any delivered materials must be handled carefully and only for evaluation. Cancellation requests can be sent to contact@ProWave.agency. Returned materials should be sent within 14 days where applicable. Valid cancellations are refunded within 14 days after return verification.

10. Exceptions to cancellation

Cancellation rights may be excluded for services already fully performed with consent or services clearly customized to client requirements.

11. Conformity and guarantee

We warrant that delivered services match the agreement and applicable legal requirements. Non-conformity must be reported within a reasonable time to contact@ProWave.agency.

12. Liability

Pro Wave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. Total liability is limited to the amount related to the specific agreement, except where mandatory law states otherwise.

13. Force majeure

We are not required to perform obligations prevented by force majeure, including technical failures, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government measures.

14. Personal data

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, including legal basis, purpose, and rights.

15. Intellectual property

Website content, including texts, visuals, logos, and layouts, is protected by intellectual property rights. Reuse requires prior written permission.

16. Client content and reviews

Reviews must be honest and non-misleading. We may moderate or remove content that is inappropriate or deceptive.

17. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes are campaign-specific, non-transferable, non-cash, and valid only within stated conditions.

18. Complaint procedure

Send complaints to contact@ProWave.agency with a clear description and agreement details. We respond within 3 to 5 business days. If unresolved, you may escalate to a relevant supervisory authority.

19. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by UK law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Bristol.
